Creating the site is compatible with all browsers, improving the speed of the site in browsing, preparing the site for international search engines, and creating a special design for the user interface commensurate with the visual identity, including all the features of the mobile application, and it contains a complete control panel for the user and the service provider. And a special chat application that allows the user to communicate with the service provider.
Creating a mobile application for users that allows them to browse the sections of services provided through service providers and communicate with them. The application was created with two systems (IOS - Android).
The application allows those wishing to join service providers to submit a request to join, and after approval, they are transferred to their own application to manage their content and business and communicate with users and service seekers.
An application for service providers to manage their content for their business exhibition, add their previous projects and offers that appear to users, follow up on requests and messages, and communicate with customers.
OUR PROCESS
Our process of building the project followed an agile model of development. We initiated the process by working closely with the client to understand their business process and the different stakeholders that the system was intended for. This helped us ascertain the technical complexities and requirements for the data visualization and scientific equations. We mapped out the functionalities using detailed wireframes and built the first prototype which was finalised by our client. The prototype was beta tested by our client and their feedback was incorporated into the development of the final system. We developed user-friendly portals and a robust administrative portal with extensive tools for the admins to manage and monitor all aspects of the system. Before the project was released, it underwent a rigorous testing process with hundreds of test cases to ensure quality performance.
TEAM
Our team consisted of business analysts, project manager, backend developers, frontend developers, UX/UI Designer and quality assurance engineers. The team’s ability to understand complex requirements and their passion to deliver results made it possible to us to successfully complete the project within our client’s limited timeframe.
