Our project construction process followed an agile development model. We started the process by working closely with the client to understand their business process and the different stakeholders for whom the system was designed. This helped us ascertain the technical complexities and requirements of the project. We defined the functions using detailed wireframes and built the first prototype completed by our clients. The prototype was tested by our customers and their feedback was incorporated into the development of the final system. We have developed easy to use portals and a powerful administration portal with comprehensive tools for administrators to manage and monitor all aspects of the system. We developed the backend system using the PHP Codeigniter Framework, and our choice of database was MySQL. Before launching the project, it went through a rigorous testing process with hundreds of test cases to ensure the quality of performance.
