PROJECT DESCRIPTION
(TWA) for balance recharge and digital services is one of the services of Al-Hurriya Brokerage and Financial Services Company. The service allows the owners of shops and shops of various activities to open a point of sale to issue shipping vouchers, balances for prepaid services to the new Madar telecommunications companies, Libyana, Libya Telecom and Technology, Libya Telecom, Internet companies and other electronic products. Through modern technology characterized by accuracy and ease of use.

PROBLEM
The problem was to build a system to handle the commissions between wholesalers, distributors and retailers and manage the profit percentages depend on products cost price in an automated way, second problem with managing big data for sales operations.
SOLUTION
We have built a logic to calculate the total profit from the cost then give the admin an indicator for the maximum commission can give in every credit transfer operation, so he can easly control the lean of profit management. then we have created an android application to run over the POS units.

OUR PROCESS
Our process of building the project followed an agile model of development. We initiated the process by working closely with the client to understand their business process and the different stakeholders that the system was intended for. This helped us ascertain the technical complexities and requirements for the project. We mapped out the functionalities using detailed wireframes and built the first prototype which was finalised by our client. The prototype was beta tested by our client and their feedback was incorporated into the development of the final system. We developed user-friendly portals and a robust administrative portal with extensive tools for the admins to manage and monitor all aspects of the system. We developed the backend system using PHP codeigniter Framework, and our choice of database was MySQL. Before the project was released, it underwent a rigorous testing process with hundreds of test cases to ensure quality performance.

Our team consisted of business analysts, project manager, backend developers, frontend developers, UX/UI Designer and quality assurance engineers. The team’s ability to understand complex requirements and their passion to deliver results made it possible to us to successfully complete the project within our client’s limited timeframe.
